Our discount promotions, vouchers, and special offers (collectively referred to as “promotions”) are voluntary, time-limited offers by Livity Store GbR. They apply exclusively to orders placed via www.livitystore.de and only within the specified promotion period.
Each promotion is valid only for the specified period and while supplies last. Promotions may be ended or extended early. There is no legal claim to participation.
Unless otherwise stated, only one voucher can be used per order. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Some promotions may require a minimum order value. If this value is undercut due to returned items, the promotional benefit will be void.
Livity Store GbR reserves the right to modify, terminate, or adjust promotions at any time without prior notice if there is an important reason (e.g., technical issues, misuse, or error).
If items purchased under a promotion are returned, the refund will correspond to the actual amount paid (after discount). The promotion cannot be re-applied.
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered office of Livity Store GbR.
